GatherTasks helps organizers publish one clear signup link for volunteer roles, event tasks, supplies, and group help.
GatherTasks started from a familiar coordination problem: a small event needs many helpers, but spreadsheets, reply-all threads, and group chats make it hard to see what is actually covered.
We built GatherTasks around one core principle: coordination should be as easy as sharing a link. Guest participation stays simple by default, boards stay focused, and organizers can add tighter controls only when a workflow actually needs them.
